30 Days of September: Day 15
Today, I'm so thankful it's Friday. The end of a very busy week.
We will be in town tomorrow. I'm hoping for a yummy brunch, the farmer's market and maybe some thrifting. I will also be packing for a four night trip to Idaho. Yep, you read that correctly, Idaho. I'm heading to a conference in Couer d'Alene that I'm really looking forward to. It's quite awhile to be away from home, for me. But I think it will be a great trip.
It's hard to believe we are half way through September. Despite a few stressful days, it has been a wonderful month. I'm still living in the excitement of our engagement. I find myself staring at my ring in meetings or when I'm walking down the halls at work. It's such a happy time. Lots of people have asked when we're getting married. The answer is, we don't know. And I'm happy about that. We're in no rush and just enjoying this time.
As you probably can tell, I love the fall. I am looking forward to the end of September and October as the leaves start to change. We have plans for apple picking, visiting cideries, carving pumpkins and maybe a haunted hayride or two. Planning to blog about some of those adventures.
I hope that the end of your week is going well and that you have a restful weekend.
